Within the member portal and mobile app, you can use the Profile area to update your personal contact information and other settings, such as payment and banking, health plan information, etc. This section covers which settings you can control within the profile area and what they mean.
Accessing your settings
- Sign in to www.SelectAccount.com.
Don't have a profile yet? Learn how to register online.
- In the top navigation menu, click My Profile.
- Click Personal Information in the menu that appears.
Here you can update your contact information. You may also be able to update your health insurance carrier information. In order to make changes, you will be required to correctly answer a security question. We do this to protect your information.
